1. FULL LEGAL DUE DILIGENCE
Every property in our portfolio undergoes a rigorous 'Checklist of 20+ Documents.' We verify the Matrícula (Property Deed) to ensure it is free of liens, debts, or hidden ownership disputes. If the history isn't 100% clean, we don't list it.
2. SECURE CAPITAL REGISTRATION (BACEN)
We manage the mandatory registration of your funds with the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN). This legally proves your foreign investment, allowing you to repatriate your capital and profits back to Europe anytime.
3. REMOTE DIGITAL CLOSING (E-NOTARY)
You don't need to travel to sign. Through the e-Notariado platform, you will meet a Brazilian Notary Public via a secure video call. Your identity is verified digitally, and your signature is encrypted.
4. TAX ID (CPF) COORDINATION
As a foreigner, your first step is obtaining a CPF (Tax ID). We handle the bureaucracy at the Federal Revenue service on your behalf, ensuring you are registered correctly from day one.
